Dedicated to your project, your client advisor is the best placed to help you every time a choice has to be made and to answer every question which arises. And for a very good reason, as an excellent point of contact between you and MGM, they know the development housing your future apartment as well as your expectations and requirements.
As soon as the reservation is signed, your advisor will send you a welcome message including their telephone numbers and e-mail address. Invested at your side, they can be reached at any time during working hours.
At other times, once you have received your user name and password, your client area takes over and provides you with access to all the documents and information relating to your purchase and the progress of the construction work.
A question to ask? A query to raise? A meeting or a site visit to organise? You can count on your advisor in all circumstances.

- In choosing the finishes
In standard co-ownership format, your advisor will contact you when the time comes to choose the materials and floor and wall coverings. For lakeside developments, the choice can be made in our showroom in the Annecy Basin.
In our résidences de tourisme, classified 4 or 5 stars, this choice is entrusted to the interior designer working on the development, in accordance with the standards and criteria required by the regulations and provided for in the classification system of reference for the classification of résidences de tourisme.
- Throughout the progress of the construction work
At your service to organise a site visit, your client advisor will keep you informed of the progress of the work and your project, through your client area, where photographs are posted along with documents certifying the completion of the stages.
- On the handover of your apartment
After the handover of the keys, the first general meeting will be held in the presence of the complex manager appointed for a year as well as an MGM employee, who is there to answer any question you may have on the running of the co-ownership complex and the handover of the shared areas, if this has not yet taken place.

And additionally, through the guarantees covering your property:
- 1 year for the garantie de bon achèvement (completion guarantee covering faults noticed after the handover of the keys).
- 2 years for the garantie de bon fonctionnement (operating guarantee), covering electrical equipment and plumbing installations.
- 10 years for the garantie décennale (10-year guarantee), applying to the foundations, roof and walls.
